| Mesa Verde Camping and Campgrounds |
Camping in Mesa Verde National Park is an opportunity to experience the park in a way that most visitors do not. Take in the fresh morning air and see the sun rise over these ancient lands after waking up in a Mesa Verde campground.

Morefield Campground
Open from early May- early October to tents, trailers, and RVs. Reservations are available! Call 1-800-449-2288 to talk with a campground representative.
Morefield Campground rarely fills its 435 sites. Each site includes a table, bench, and grill and campers may use the complimentary restrooms and showers. The sites are located along loop roads that extend through a grassy canyon. Many opportunities to view native plants and animals will surround you!
In Morefield’s village you can eat a pancake breakfast, get fuel for your travels through the park, access the RV dumping station, visit their gift shop and grocery, and even do some laundry. |
