Event InfoFriday, January 6, 2023 • 6:00 - 9:00 pm
Durango Nordic Center • 1245 Roosa Ave 7B, Durango, CO 81301
One way to beat the darkness of this time of year is to get outside and enjoy it! While experiencing the alpine glow of the Twilight Peaks and the rise of the full moon, strap on your snowshoes and join SJMA staff for an 60-90 minute interpretive walk. Afterwards, take in the beauty of the moonlit landscape and mingle with like-minded folks while warming by the bonfire and sipping a nice hot beverage of hot cocoa or mulled wine. Hikes leave just after 6 pm from the Nordic Center.
This is an event for the whole family and is FREE for Durango Nordic season pass holders. If you do not have a season pass, the prices are as follows and include snowshoe rentals:
Adults (14-64): $15
Seniors (65+): $12
Kids (5-13): $5
Children under 5: FREE! (Please note: we do not have snowshoes available for small children!)Join the Durango Choral Society, Durango Women’s Choir, the Durango Children’s Choirs and the Durango Jazz...
