Singing With Santa & Downtown Christmas Tree Lighting

Event Description

Start your holiday season with Singing with Santa in Downtown Durango! This annual family friendly event takes place the day after Thanksgiving. Join the fun at Buckley Park as we light our community Christmas Tree, sing Christmas Carols and welcome Santa Claus. Free hot chocolate and cookies for all to enjoy while supplies last.

Santa will be available for pictures, but bring your own camera. Each family limited to two photos.

This is a free event and is proudly sponsored by TBK Bank.

Event Timeline:

5:30 to 5:45 pm: arrive at Buckley Park. Children can pick up one glow stick and a song book while supplies last. Enjoy free cookies and hot chocolate, while supplies last.

6:00 pm: Santa arrives

6:05 pm: Christmas carols

6:15 pm (approximate): Lighting of the Community Christmas Tree at Buckley Park

6:20 - 7:30 pm: photos with Santa (bring your own camera)
